Services
We provide music lessons through contracted teachers. Our services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services without notice.
Payments
- Payments for lessons must be made in advance.
- We accept payments via major credit cards and ACH payments.
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Lessons may be canceled with at least 30-day notice.
- Rescheduling requests made 24 hours may incur a fee.
Conduct
- Students and teachers must adhere to a code of conduct that ensures a safe and respectful learning environment.
- We reserve the right to terminate services for any behavior that violates this code of conduct.
Liability
- We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our services.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
Intellectual Property
- All content provided during lessons, including materials and resources, remains our intellectual property or that of our licensors.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our express permission.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of California.
